Rupture Workshop

$33.00

This workshop is for:

  • anyone who has ever been ghosted

  • people in the throws of sticky friendship or relationship stuff

  • people who have recently gone through a break-up or divorce or loss

  • deep feelers and heart healers

  • those grieving and those afraid to grieve

  • open-hearted humans who have been the source of pain, rifts, breaks, and ruptures

  • more info to find out if this workshop is for you

During this workshop, you will hear poems on the theme of rupture.

You will be invited into your own writing practice through observation, speculation, vulnerability, and curiosity. Like all writing circles with Doula of Words, this workshop is a safe, generative, welcoming, and warm environment, and is open to all. You don't have to be a published writer or be working on something specific to find a home with us.

DETAILS:

  • Workshop Material (poems, prompts, and resources) will be sent to your inbox every week for 4 weeks

  • In this writing workshop, we will explore the space that exists right before the end of something as much as the end including: Relationship ruptures, societal ruptures, friendship ruptures, and marriage ruptures. We will uncover the underbellies of those often hidden places while we write about loss, letting go, love, and leaving.

You will also receive loads of resources and have access to a beautiful community of other writers who are exploring the word rupture just like you.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email olinyky@gmail.com. I am so excited to write with you and explore body stuff with you. You’re safe here, I hope you’ll join us!
